About Us

HOTEL SQUARED is a Malta based hospitality advisory firm which provides bespoke commercial solutions to independent hotels. We believe in the unique opportunity extended to independent hotels which are not bound by corporate constraint and which subsequently enable them to be more nimble, reactive and better primed to leverage short and medium-term opportunity.

We develop comprehensive numbers-driven hotel strategy and pair investors and operators with the more relevant technology solutions required to support key commercial objectives.

Miriam Camilleri

Founded HOTEL SQUARED in 2017. She currently leads the operational function of the firm ensuring that individual property performance is aligned to client-agreed commercial strategic objectives.

Before the start-up Miriam worked at InterContinental Malta for fifteen years, eight of which as director of revenue. She now seeks to leverage her branded experience by adapting it to the requirement of independent hotel investors.

Christopher Gingell Littlejohn

Founder, HOTEL SQUARED. He currently oversees the company’s business development function ensuring the execution of client commercial strategy remains relevant whilst remaining rooted in profit optimization and guest satisfaction.

Prior to HOTEL SQUARED, Christopher’s seventeen-year career saw him hold multiple senior, hotel based, commercial and operational roles in Malta with InterContinental Hotel’s Group.
